Buying or Renting? That is the Question

Whether you’re thinking of buying a home or renting one, there are advantages and disadvantages to both. Both options come with their own rewards and risks. When you buy a home, besides the pride of ownership and it being one of the single best investments, the advantages include a tax write-off, upgrades however you see fit and building equity in your home as value appreciates instead of your landlords home. Moving becomes more difficult because you don’t just have the freedom of picking up and relocating. You have to take care of the future of your home. Will you rent it out, sell it and so on.
