Home Price Fall 3.9%

According to the latest reports by the S&P Case Shiller Home Price Index, home prices were 3.9% lower in the month of September compared to last year. 20 cities were analyzed, with 18 of them having lower home prices except for Detroit and Washington that were up by 3.7% and 1% respectively.
